Summer Enrichment Opportunities have been planned for the months of June and July by the teaching staff at ECUSD. Classes will have a wide range from STEM learning activities and games, working with robotics, paddle boarding and kayaking on the Mississippi, a day trip to Chicago. Other classes will involve improvisation, flower fun, learning about J.K. Rowling and Walt Disney. There will also be classes on architecture and design, reading and eating, sewing, and attending a week long Camp Invention to name just a few of the sessions available for students presently in grades K-11 to register for.
What you really need to know:
Sign up will be open online on Tuesday, April 24 at 5 p.m. The elementary school will be open from 5-6 p.m. on the 24th if you need to come in and use a device there for registration. Registration shuts off at 3 p.m. on April 30.
Every child can register for up to 3 classes.
Middle school and high school students must use their school e-mail address to register. Each elementary student must have a separate e-mail address in order to register. This can be a home, work, grandparent etc. address or you can set one up through google and yahoo etc.
Please sign up for only classes that you know you will be able to attend. In the past, the classes have filled quickly.
If you can't get into a class, please contact email@example.com (the coordinator) to be placed on a waiting list. She will need to know the student name, the title of the class, and the date and time you wish to take the class.
