All future requests for the Annex facilities should be requested in writing through email to Taylor Howard at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not call her with requests. Keys will need to be picked up and dropped off at the District Office between 8:00am and 3:00pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A $25.00 refundable deposit- (clean-up fee) will be required at the time the building permit agreement is approved and a $40.00 payment for usage is also required. Please print and drop off the building permit agreement to Taylor once your date has been approved. The building permit agreement is located on the same webpage as the calendar on the district website. To see if your date is open, click here. Annex usage will be prioritized according to the following:
1. School District Events (Athletics, Concerts, Programs, etc.)
2. Community Events/Youth Sports Organizations (on a first-come, first-serve basis).
3. Private Parties/Reunions, etc. (on a first-come, first serve basis).
