We are finishing our first month of our mindset "We Are Connected." Students have learned to Embrace Everyone (as shown in the picture of the students watching the video), Maximize Positive Relationships, Build my Dream Team, and to Lead With Value. They are learning how to share and connect with one another in their pods and then how to share out to the class as a whole. They are doing amazing things.
In other fun news, we have added a candy machine to our student work center for students to enjoy. Students can earn a trip to the candy machine for filling challenge charts, making an outstanding choice, completing something hard for them...Really anything that the staff feels that they need to be "treated" for.
I am so proud of the growth that our students continue to make!
