Give Kids A Smile Mobile Dental Clinic will be at our schools on December 12, 2025.  Any child with Medicaid or no dental insurance is eligible to receive a free dental exam, cleaning, fluoride and sealants (if needed).  Forms are available at school.  Please contact Shauna for more information or questions 309-659-2239 X 1216.  Yellow forms must be filled out and returned no later than November 17, 2025.
