As of 10/13/2020, IDPH updated their exclusionary rules for schools. Our school is no longer allowed to accept rapid covid testing for returning to school. Again, these are IDPH rules that are out of our control and we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. The following statistics were  updated 10/16/2020 except for IDPH statistics, which were updated 10/13/2020.

Total Covid Positive Cases in the School District: 

Total Students Quarantined in the District: 40 (This is for a variety of reasons, which are located in the IDPH chart - these quarantines are for precautionary and safety reasons) 

Total Staff Quarantined: (This is for a variety of reasons, which are located in the IDPH chart - these quarantines are for precautionary and safety reasons) 

Zip Code Covid Positive Cases: Our school district encompasses students from the following addresses. Each represents a percentage of our total student population. Albany (5.2%), Cordova (3.8%), Erie (74.3%), Fenton (12.1%), Fulton (1.3%), Geneseo (.46%), Hillsdale (.3%), Lyndon (.3%), Morrison (.61%), Port Byron (.3%), and Prophetstown (1.9%). Below is the top four addresses:

  1. 61250 - Erie Total Cases Reported per IDPH: 37 confirmed 

  2. 61251 - Fenton Total Cases Reported per IDPH: 0 reported cases

  3. 61230 - Albany Total Cases Reported per IDPH: 24 confirmed

  4. 61242 - Cordova Total Cases Reported per IDPH: 0 reported cases

Whiteside County Total Cases: 1,064 (7 day rolling average of 9.5% per IDPH as of 10/13/2020)

The Northern Region Update: (Boone, Carroll, Dekalb, Jo Daviess, Lee, Ogle, Stephenson, Whiteside, and Winnebago): We need our region's positivity rate to drop below 6.5% for an average of three consecutive days in order to lessen the mitigation requirements on restaurants, etc... As of 10/13/2020 it was 10.6% for a 7 day rolling average. Medical surgical bed availability is 34% and the ICU bed availability is 40%.
