ERIE STUDENTS ONLY: Erie High School is hosting the Whiteside County Health Department on Thursday April 29, 2021 for a Pfizer vaccination clinic. Students at the age of 16 and older are eligible for the Pfizer vaccine. Please use the following link to schedule your student a vaccination and also please pre-fill out the attached consent form.
