Concussion Baseline Testing is next Thursday, June 9th from 8am-12pm at EHS. Athletes that did not take the baseline test last year are eligible to take the concussion baseline test. There are 18 spots per 30 minutes available to test. To guarantee a spot to test, you must call the HS ahead of time to reserve a spot. The permission slip link is below, please print, fill it out and bring with you to your appointment.
