This is a reminder that Erie Schools will be hosting a Sports Physical Night on Tuesday, July 26th from 5:30 to 7PM at Erie High School. Students in grades 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, & 12 may participate.
6th & 9th grade students require a regular physical at their physician's office that will also serve as a sports physical.
Please complete the Permission Slip below prior to sending your student unless you plan to accompany them.
